We understand that Nature provides humanity with a food source that, when grown in a truly organic manner, is superior in nutrients as well as flavor.  We also realize that our bodies are gifted with an immune system that, when provided the proper nutrients, will serve us extremely well.  

Our mission is to aid individuals, families and communities to adopt a proactive, preventative health care program with an emphasis on increasing the amount of local nutrient dense, organic fruits, herbs, vegetables and berries in our diets, increasing the amount of neighborhood social interaction through food sharing, increasing the amount of outdoor physical activity through gardening and emphasizing sustainable choices in all decision making processes.

We realize that proper care of the Earth automatically involves proper care of individuals and that the health and vitality of the individual is directly proportional to our ability to be proper Stewards of the planet, our communities, our families and ourselves.
